Over time, we have evolved into opportunistic investors who also buy and sell real estate assets as well as offering consulting services for other real estate investors.

Our People
Luis Hernandez, MBA
Luis is a real estate junkee who loves helping others achieve their dreams and aspirations with real estate. He has been in the industry since 1997 when he became a licensed Agent while attending Northeastern University as an undergrad. Since then, he has done just about all there is to do with real estate. From helping hundreds of people buy and sell their first home or investment property to fix-n-flipping homes to developments, land assemblages and much, much more. He has helped many successful Agents and Investors get started in the industry.
Luis is not only a practitioner, but a student of the industry. He has an MBA from University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and holds several certifications and accreditations.
Luis is also the host of The Wayfinder Show, a podcast in which he interviews guests to discuss the why and how of making changes in their lives that led them down greater, more authentic paths or allowed them to level-up in some area of their lives.
Luis lives in Denver with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. He is a long distance runner who has run all six Abbott Marathon World Majors and enjoys anything to do outdoors.
